By accessing our platforms, creating an account on our Client Portal, ordering Microsoft CSP licenses, deploying UnExplores Web Services servers, or executing a custom software development contract, you ("Client", "User", "Licensee") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
01 Scope of Services & Corporate Charter
UnExplores operates under an official statutory charter authorizing the company to establish and run Data Processing Centers, Computer Centers, Software Development Centers, and impart training in electronic data processing (EDP), software packages, and hardware. Our offerings comprise:
- Authorized Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider (CSP): Tier-1 provisioning of Microsoft 365, Azure Cloud, Dynamics 365, Copilot AI, and Windows Enterprise licensing.
- Proprietary SaaS Ecosystems: UnExplores Surveying Assistant, SVHS Virtual Healthcare, EkTaleem ERP, and SDS Smart Digital School.
- Cloud & Hosting Infrastructure: UnExplores Web Services NVMe cloud servers, web hosting, and domain registrations (.pk, .com, .org, .net).
- WhatsApp Business Platform: Official Meta Tech Partner WhatsApp Cloud API and developer automation gateways.
- Engineering Retainers: Telecom RF optimization, VAPT cybersecurity audits, custom ERP engineering, and EDP vocational training.
02 Microsoft CSP Licensing & Reselling Terms
All purchases of Microsoft cloud subscriptions via UnExplores are governed by the Microsoft Customer Agreement (MCA) in addition to these Terms:
- Tenant Ownership: The Client maintains administrative ownership of their tenant and data. UnExplores acts as the designated Cloud Solution Provider for provisioning, billing, and tier-1 technical escalation.
- Seat Commitments: Subscriptions are available on monthly flexible terms or discounted 12-month commitments. Annual commitments are non-cancellable mid-term per Microsoft CSP rules.
- Invoicing in PKR: Payments are settled locally in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) with statutory sales tax and withholding certificates handled per FBR guidelines.

We maintain stringent carrier-grade availability across our hosted infrastructure:
04 Intellectual Property & Custom Software Ownership
- Proprietary Platforms: All source code, UX architectures, algorithms, and brand assets of UnExplores Surveying Assistant, SVHS Healthcare, EkTaleem, and UnExplores Web Services remain the exclusive intellectual property of UnExplores Tech Innovations (SMC-Pvt) Ltd.
- Custom Development Work: For bespoke software engineering contracts, ownership of custom deliverable source code transfers to the Client upon 100% full final payment milestone settlement, subject to standard open-source and framework license dependencies.
05 WhatsApp Business Platform & WAServices Messaging Governance
UnExplores provisions enterprise WhatsApp automation infrastructure, including dedicated instance nodes (WAServices), Webhook dispatchers, Multi-Device Cloud API gateways, and automated transactional routing. All Clients deploying or utilizing WhatsApp services agree strictly to the following binding covenants:
Compliance with Meta Platform Terms & Policies
Clients must strictly adhere to the Meta Terms of Service, WhatsApp Business Terms of Service, and WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy. Clients represent and warrant that all message recipients have provided verifiable prior opt-in consent to receive communications, and that clear opt-out mechanisms (e.g. reply "STOP") are honored immediately.
Zero-Tolerance Anti-Spam & Prohibited Content
WAServices infrastructure may NOT be used for unsolicited cold outreach, purchased or scraped contact lists, deceptive financial schemes, adult content, gambling promotions, counterfeit pharmaceuticals, political disinformation, or any communication violating the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act (PECA 2016) or Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) regulations.
Disclaimer of Meta Enforcement & Phone Number Bans
WhatsApp and Meta Platforms, Inc. utilize autonomous algorithmic anti-abuse filters. UnExplores provides technical node hosting and routing software, but has zero influence or control over Meta's independent enforcement decisions. UnExplores shall not be liable for any phone number bans, messaging tier downgrades, quality score drops, or account suspensions imposed by Meta resulting from client broadcasting patterns, user spam reports, or policy infringements.
Node Provisioning, Throughput & Fair Usage
WAServices instances operate under provisioned Messages-Per-Second (MPS) throughput caps and session memory allocations. Flooding message queues beyond contracted limits may trigger automated queue pacing or temporary rate-limiting to protect host cluster integrity. Subscriptions cover node runtime and software maintenance; official Meta conversation charges (if utilizing Meta Cloud API direct tiers) are the client's direct responsibility.

06 UnExplores Cloud Drive & Safe Data Keeping Fair Usage Policy (FUP)
To empower individuals, professionals, and students across Pakistan and international jurisdictions with reliable digital independence and secure data autonomy, UnExplores provisions a complimentary 5 GB Cloud Storage Vault to every registered user upon verified email sign-up. Access to and utilization of this storage is governed strictly by this binding Fair Usage Policy (FUP):
1. Permitted Purpose: Vital Document Safe Keeping
The complimentary 5 GB vault is provided strictly for Safe Data Keeping—the personal and organizational preservation of vital documentation. This includes academic degrees, certifications, national identity records (CNIC, NICOP, Passports), legal contracts, land and property deeds, corporate tax receipts, and business accounting records.
2. Prohibited Content & Fair Usage Restrictions
Users shall NOT utilize UnExplores Drive infrastructure for any of the following prohibited purposes:
- Public hotlinking, video streaming, or serving high-concurrency downloads for public file-sharing or CDN substitution.
- Hosting, distributing, or archiving pirated media, copyright-infringing content, or unlicensed proprietary software.
- Storing, disseminating, or executing malicious software, ransomware, trojans, cryptomining utilities, or hacking payloads.
- Hosting illegal, defamatory, obscene, or adult content in violation of the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act (PECA 2016) or Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) regulations.
- Registering duplicate accounts, burner emails, or bot-generated identities to aggregate storage quotas. Each unique individual or entity is entitled to one complimentary 5 GB vault. Duplicate accounts are subject to immediate permanent termination.
3. Account Activity & Inactivity Safeguards
Complimentary vaults require active user custody. To maintain storage cluster health, accounts with zero authenticated logins for a continuous period of 180 days will be designated as dormant. Automated electronic reminder notifications will be sent to the registered email address at day 150 and day 170. If no login is recorded by day 180, the dormant vault may be archived or recycled to preserve Enterprise Cloud resources for active users.
4. Enterprise & Internal Roles Distinction
Enhanced storage allocations provisioned for internal corporate staff, development teams, and executive management are governed under separate internal corporate agreements and enterprise SLAs. Such allocations are confidential, non-public, non-transferable, and authenticated solely via authorized enterprise single sign-on credentials.
5. Enforcement & Immediate Vault Suspension
UnExplores reserves the right to immediately suspend, isolate, or terminate access to any Cloud Drive account found in willful violation of this Fair Usage Policy, with zero liability for data forfeiture resulting from deliberate security or statutory breaches.
07 Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
Clients and portal users agree strictly not to use UnExplores infrastructure or services for:
- Distributing unsolicited bulk email or messaging (SPAM), malicious malware, botnet nodes, or phishing campaigns.
- Launching Layer-3, 4, or 7 DDoS attacks or unauthorized port scanning against external targets.
- Hosting content or dispatching transmissions that violate the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act (PECA 2016) or Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) regulations.
- Scraping recipient data or conducting unauthorized automated surveillance through connected communications gateways.
Violation of the AUP constitutes grounds for immediate service suspension without refund.
08 Limitation of Liability & Dispute Resolution
To the maximum extent permitted by law, UnExplores' total liability under any claim arising out of this agreement shall be capped at the total amount paid by the Client in the preceding 3 months.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction: This agreement is governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes shall first be subject to executive mediation, and if unresolved, referred to the competent courts of Haripur / Islamabad, Pakistan.
09 UnExplores vConnect RTCE Teleconferencing Master Subscription Terms
UnExplores provisions vConnect, an enterprise-grade teleconferencing platform built on our sovereign Real-Time Collaboration Engine (RTCE). All subscribers, room hosts, and session participants agree strictly to the following binding covenants:
1. Zero Cloud Media Retention & Direct P2P Architecture
vConnect RTCE teleconferencing operates over peer-to-peer DTLS-SRTP encrypted data meshes. All audiovisual media packets and screen sharing transmissions travel directly between attendee client web browsers. UnExplores central signaling and coordination servers never inspect, transcode, intercept, decode, record, or retain audio, video, or screen sharing data.
2. Host Moderation Privileges & Room Operator Responsibilities
The designated room host holds sole administrative authority over session governance, including: admitting participants from the waiting lobby, remotely muting participant microphones, locking the room with a cryptographic PIN against new entrants, enforcing attendance quotas, and selectively ejecting disruptive attendees. Hosts are solely responsible for managing invite links and participant access credentials.
3. In-Browser Local Recording & Wiretapping Consent Covenants
vConnect provides client-side hardware-accelerated 1080p recording directly to the host's or participant's local storage in WebM format. No recording passes through or is archived on cloud servers. Under applicable wiretapping, electronic surveillance, and two-party consent privacy laws (including the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act - PECA 2016), the recording party is legally mandated to provide affirmative verbal or written notice to all session participants before initiating local recording. UnExplores disclaims all liability for non-consensual recordings executed by room participants.
4. Enterprise Dedicated Nodes & Custom Hostname Allocation
Enterprise tier subscribers receive an isolated sovereign container deployed under their verified corporate domain (e.g., meet.yourcompany.com) backed by a dedicated signaling cluster, customizable branding, session audit trail exports, and a 99.99% monthly availability SLA.
10 vConnect Teleconferencing Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
Subscribers and meeting attendees agree strictly that vConnect RTCE infrastructure shall NOT be used for:
- Unauthorized electronic eavesdropping, surveillance, intercept relays, or unauthorized broadcast interception.
- Hosting or transmitting illegal, defamatory, harassing, or copyright-infringing audiovisual media.
- Automated scraping of participant rosters, spoofing host credentials, or dispatching denial-of-service signaling floods against WebRTC nodes.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with signaling coordinators or room access tokens.
Violation of the Teleconferencing AUP constitutes grounds for immediate session termination and permanent subscription revocation without refund.
11 Corporate Incorporation & Regulatory Standing
UnExplores Tech Innovations (SMC-Private) Limited is an incorporated corporate entity registered under the Companies Act 2017 with Corporate Unique Identification Number (CUIN) 0268046 and Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) National Tax Number (NTN) E66991.
All teleconferencing software licensing, Enterprise Node service contracts, and commercial transactions executed by UnExplores vConnect are governed by the statutory legal frameworks of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, enforceable under the Companies Act 2017 and Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act (PECA) 2016.

UnExplores operates Karigar on Call (کاریگر آن کال), Pakistan's premier on-demand skilled labor marketplace linking vetted artisans (electricians, plumbers, carpenters, HVAC technicians, painters, handymen) with residential households and commercial enterprises. All users, artisans, and clients agree to the following enforceable terms:
1. 100% Free Forever for Customers & Clients
Individual homeowners and commercial clients enjoy 100% zero-fee marketplace access. Browsing, finding karigars, live chat, GPS navigation, and requesting appointments carry zero booking commissions or client surcharges.
2. Artisan Subscription Packages & Access Controls
Artisan lead access and calling features operate under transparent monthly plans: Starter Package (Rs. 999 / mo) includes 25 verified leads, in-app direct chat, two-way voice notes, and GPS navigation. Pro Package (Rs. 1,899 / mo) unlocks direct phone calling and in-app vConnect calls with 75 verified leads. All completed services carry an automatic 7-Day Workmanship Warranty. Should an installation or repair manifest defects within 7 days, the artisan is dispatched for free remediation, backed by UnExplores resolution desk.
